Uganda Business Visa

Business visa to Uganda is required for visitors travelling for business purposes to Uganda. You must provide evidence of your business trip requirements as part of the visa application process.

Business visas to Uganda can be issued as

• single entry valid for 3 months
• multiple entry valid for 6 months

Required documents

Original passport	Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from Uganda.
Visa application form	Once you have ordered your Uganda business visa through our company you will receive a detailed guidance how to complete the forms.
Colour photo	3.5 cm by 4.5 cm photos taken against a light background (white or off - white), UK standard passport photo will be sufficient. View photo specification.
Business invitation from Uganda	A letter from the host company in Uganda explaining the purpose and duration of the trip, as well as guaranteeing sufficient funds. Alternatively a letter from the UK company may be provided. Download a letter template. All documents must be on a company letterhead and signed by an authorised person.
