We offer a number of premium services to add more value to our visa processing and make the whole process of dealing with us even more rewarding for you. Please note that even if you decide not to use any premium services, we still guarantee you will receive first-class service from our company and get your visa stress free, quick and at the lowest possible fee.
Passport return delivery. We can offer various options how we return your passport and other valuable documents to you.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery – is the best value service for posting passports with guaranteed next day delivery, online tracking and signature on delivery. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
Courier service in London. For a flat fee we can offer courier delivery to your private or office address in London within M25. Please contact us for delivery to other areas.
Prepaid envelope. Alternatively you can submit a self – addressed prepaid envelope and we will post your passport back to you free of charge.
Application completion. Although most visa applications are straightforward, we still think that many would appreciate our help in completing the forms. You can ask us to complete the visa form for a number of reasons: time constraints, not familiar with online application completion, want to be 100% sure you do it right from the beginning, etc. Please note, even if you ask us to complete the forms on your behalf, you will still need to provide some details to us as most of the forms ask for your personal information (places of work, employment status, etc.) which we obviously do not know. So we will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire in a Word format and email it back to us so we can enter all the data in the visa form. Once the form is completed, a ready document is emailed back to you. You then check, sign and post it back to us together with your passport and other relevant documents.
Text message progress info. You can track the progress of your visa applications online on our website for FREE. If you do not have access to internet or want to be in the know when you are on the go, please order our text message progress info, where you will receive a short message to your mobile phone advising you of the progress of your visa application.
Digital photo. If you do not have time to go to a local photo booth, you can always take a picture of you at home or in the office either with your mobile device or a digital camera and email it to us. We will print your photo at our office and enclose it with your visa application. Please note your photo must be recent. Read our guidance - how to make your visa photo at home.
Phrase books. When travelling, do not always rely on the English language as it cannot be spoken everywhere. For a more rewarding travel experience at your destination we offer you simple phrase books where you can familiarise yourself with the foreign alphabet, learn some basic words and also take it with you on a journey making sure you can communicate with the locals.
VIP visa service. You are a busy person or want to keep your dealing with the visa process to an absolute minimum, then order our VIP visa service. Our specialist will come to your office (home), take some personal details from you in order to complete the visa form, take a picture and copy any additional documents that might be required (utility bills, bank statements if applicable) for your visa application. Once the visa is ready we will post your passport to your address using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Please note, the service is only available to London are within M25. Please contact us if live outside this area and require a VIP visa service. Please also note, you still need to come in person to the visa centre for finger printing.
