Ghana Business Visa
Visitors travelling on business to Ghana are required to apply for a business visa. They must provide evidence of the business and their requirements to travel to Ghana. Please see below for required documents. Business visas can be issued as- single entry with validity of for up to 90 days
- multiple entry with validity of up to 6 months
- multiple entry with validy of up to 1 year
- multiple entry with validity of up to 2 years
Required documents
| Original passport | Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from Ghana. |
| Visa application form | The form must be completed online now. Once you have ordered your Ghana business visa through our company you will receive a detailed guidance how to complete the forms. |
| Colour photo | Two 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm photos taken against a light background (white or off - white), UK standard passport photo will be sufficient. View photo specification. |
| UK company letter | The letter must confirm the purpose and duration of the visit as well as employee position in the company. Download a letter template. |
| Business invitation from Ghana | The letter should be printed on the company letterhead and state the name of the applicant, his role and purpose of journey. The letter should also specify the type and validity of the business visa to Ghana (e.g. a two years multiple entry business visa). The letter of invitation must be signed by an authorised person. A copy will be sufficient. |
| Yellow fever certificate | All travellers older than 9 months coming into or transiting through Ghana are required to have been vaccinated against Yellow Fever at least ten days from the proposed date of travel and where already vaccinated, provide evidence (certificate) indicating the duration of a vaccination status of not more than ten years before entering Ghana. |
