Chinese Business Visa
Chinese business visa is a document issued to foreign nationals who are invited to China for commercial and trade activities.Business visas to China may be issued as
- single entry - visiting China only once during a 90 days period
- double entry - for two entries within 180 days
- multiple entry - for 6 months
- multiple entry – for 12 months
The invitation letter must be signed by the appropriate representative of the inviting party and should contain:
- Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, etc.);
- Details of the planned visit (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, details of any financial support to be provided during the stay in China)
- Information of the inviting party (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or individual).
Required documents
| Original passport | Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from China. |
| Visa application form | Once you have ordered your China business visa through our company you will receive a detailed guidance how to complete the forms. |
| Customer declaration form | You need to sign the terms and conditions of the Chinese visa centre. Download the document. |
| Colour photo | 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm taken against a light background (white or off - white), UK standard passport photo will be sufficient. View photo specification. |
| Visa support documents | Invitation letter from a trading partner, trade fair, etc. in China. Please see above for invitation letter requirements. |
| Non UK – nationals | The original and photocopy of your valid certificates of residence, employment or student status. |
| If travelled to China before | You need to provide a copy of your previous Chinese visas. |
