Most foreign nationals wishing to travel to Azerbaijan are required to obtain a visa prior to entering the country.Citizens of the following countries enjoy a visa-free regime to Azerbaijan for a stay of up to 90 days: Belarus, China (up to 30 days), Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
Turkish and Israeli passport holders can obtain their visas upon entering the country. US citizens can obtain a 30-day visa upon arrival by plane from New York on a direct flight operated by Azerbaijan Airlines.

Azerbaijan Business Visa
Business visas are required for foreign nationals who come to Azerbaijan to conduct business meetings, attend conferences, trade fares and expeditions, or participate in exchanges in the fields of science, technology, education, culture and sports.Required documents
