Kenya Business Visa

A business Visa to Kenya allows travellers to attend conferences, workshops, seminars or discussions, however is does not give any right to work in Kenya. Those who wish to work in Kenya (paid or unpaid) require authorization from The Director of Immigration Services in Nairobi (P.O. Box 30191, Nairobi Kenya).

Required documents

Original passport	Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from Kenya.
Visa application form	Once you have ordered your Kenya business visa through our company you will receive a detailed guidance how to complete the forms.
Colour photo	3.5 cm by 4.5 cm photos taken against a light background (white or off - white), UK standard passport photo will be sufficient. View photo specification.
Letter from company	A letter from the company (a company from the UK or Kenya) on its letterhead confirming purpose of visit to Kenya is required.
Non UK – nationals	You are required to provide your residence permit (EU passport, work permit/visa), proof of address in the UK (recent utility bill, bank statement, letter from your employer confirming your employment in the UK).
